The Seven Stills is the Whisky Capital's oldest and longest running Scottish Inn and a historically listed building. This is a family run business that offers warm Scottish hospitality to locals, visitors and travellers alike.
Home-made Scottish food, malt whisky and craft gins, rum, vodkas, beers and artisan lemonades
We have over 230 malt whiskies, nearly 50 Scottish gins, craft beers, ciders and handmade soft drinks. Also Scottish vodkas and rum - a real treat! Food is home-made using as many locally sourced Scottish ingredients as possible. The Chef-Owner Patrick is French giving an intersting Auld Alliance to his dishes.
We also offer a number of things to do to make your stay more interesting in Dufftown. We have a regular program of events and additiionally put on special events at the two annual Whisky Festivals.
